Every now and then we come something on the web which shows how much a company really cares.  A carefully crafted welcome email, a "thank you" page written by a real person, or perhaps a special offer just for loyal customers.  But rarely do you see a business take this client-first approach to the darkest depths of their business... the dreaded error message.Which is exactly why the error message below instantly struck a chord.  Even when they're down Google is still focused on creating an engaging customer experience.  The message probably took someone at Google just a few minutes...
